Dr. Mary Wandrei is a licensed clinical psychologist and psychotherapist based in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, where she maintains a dedicated practice serving children, adolescents, adults, and families.

She specializes in comprehensive assessment, coaching, and psychotherapy tailored to gifted and talented individuals as well as those who are twice-exceptional (2e). Her expertise also encompasses screening and consultation for Asperger’s Syndrome (now often referred to within autism spectrum conditions), school adjustment support, educational planning, and targeted guidance on challenges related to executive functioning, anxiety, depression, sensory processing, and temperament.
